Shelley Wells’ passion for skincare began over 12 years ago while working at a spa, where she discovered a deep interest in helping others feel confident in their skin. Driven to turn that passion into a profession, she earned her esthetician license in April 2016—marking the beginning of a career focused on advanced treatments, education, and individualized results.

Over the past decade, Shelley has owned and operated her own business for six years, developed a skincare line, and consistently stayed at the forefront of the industry through ongoing education in advanced techniques and ingredients. She is especially known for her thorough, skilled extractions and her commitment to educating clients—empowering them to better understand their skin, the products they use, and how to achieve long-term skin health.

Shelley completed the Medical Spa Esthetics Certification through the Concepts Institute of Advanced Esthetics in Sausalito—an intensive 30+ hour program designed to prepare estheticians for working within a medical setting. She has also completed advanced training in chemical peels and dermaplaning. In recognition of her expertise and dedication, she was honored as Best Esthetician in Healdsburg (2025).

Deeply passionate about her work, Shelley prioritizes building trust with every client and delivers thoughtful, effective treatments. With a background in natural healing, she takes a balanced approach—blending nature and science to achieve healthy, glowing, and resilient skin.
Outside of the treatment room, Shelley enjoys ice skating with her kids on the weekends. Her husband is the Executive Chef at Valette Restaurant in Healdsburg, and together with their family, they’ve chosen to call Sonoma County home after living throughout California. They also have a Maltipoo puppy named Princess Buttercup who keeps the household lively. Shelley feels incredibly grateful to be part of this community and to serve her patients with care and dedication.
