Appointments
Our automated service confirms all appointments two days prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please listen to the full message so that you confirm or cancel your appointment with the correct prompt.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice so that we may offer that appointment time to another patient. We reserve the right to charge $50 for failed appointments and $100 for failed surgical appointments.
Emergencies
For dermatology-related emergencies call (707) 579-4239. For all other medical emergencies call your primary care physician or 911.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each procedure. If you are insured through an HMO, please make sure that you have an authorization from your primary care physician prior to scheduling your appointment.
Your copayment is due at the time of service.
