We are accepting new patients and we are happy to help you set up an appointment. Please call
(707) 579-4239 for an appointment in our main Santa Rosa office or our satellite clinic in Oakmont.
We ask that you bring the following with you: insurance card, list of current medications including over-the-counter and herbal supplements.

We accept many, but not all, insurance plans. Please inquire with the receptionist when you schedule your appointment.
Your copayment is due at the time of service.
For your convenience we accept VISA and Mastercard.
For dermatology-related emergencies call (707) 579-4239. For all other medical emergencies call your primary care physician or 911.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice so that we may offer that appointment time to another patient.
